Apples

Last year our apple tree didn't bloom, and so we didn't get any apples. This year, our tree is loaded, and we're thrilled about it! As of this morning, I have a laundry basket of apples waiting for me on my kitchen counter. I've made about 7 quarts of apple sauce to turn into apple butter, and we've frozen 35 cups of apples for pies and such. There are still a ton more apples on the tree that Dave will have to pick because I've picked all I can reach!
